PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions, recurring orders, automatic-renewal programs, and other purchase options offered by RFNE.

Automatic Renewal

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize RFNE and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until you cancel it.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts disclosed at checkout may be added to each recurring charge.

Subscription Terms

Before completing enrollment, you will be shown the material terms of the subscription, which may include:

• Product and quantity.
• Recurring price.
• Discount.
• Billing frequency.
• Shipment frequency.
• Shipping charge.
• Renewal terms.
• Available cancellation method.

By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to the recurring charges and automatic-renewal terms.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is processed.

Available cancellation methods may include:

• Your online customer account or subscription-management portal.
• Contacting us at contact@rfnelongevity.com.
• Calling us at (305) 792-8231.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum subscription commitment unless expressly disclosed before enrollment.

Cancellation becomes effective after it is successfully completed and confirmed.

Timing of Cancellation

You must cancel before the next recurring order is processed to prevent that order from being charged and fulfilled.

Orders may enter processing before shipment. Once a recurring order has been processed, charged, submitted for fulfillment, or shipped, canceling the subscription will not automatically cancel or refund that order.

Canceling stops future subscription renewals. It does not retroactively reverse previous charges.

An unopened subscription order may qualify for return under our Return and Refund Policy.

Managing a Subscription

Where available through the subscription portal, you may be able to:

• Cancel.
• Skip an upcoming order.
• Pause the subscription.
• Reschedule an order.
• Change shipment frequency.
• Change product selection.
• Update shipping information.
• Update payment information.

Available options may vary by product, subscription plan, account status, or technology provider.

A requested change is not effective until it has been successfully submitted and confirmed.

Price and Product Changes

Subscription prices, discounts, products, quantities, shipping charges, and other terms may change.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of a material change before it applies to a future renewal.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

• Delay the order.
• Skip the order.
• Cancel the subscription.
• Offer a replacement.
• Contact you for instructions.
• Take another reasonable action permitted by law.

We will not substitute a materially different product and charge you without any consent required by applicable law.

Payment Failures

If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be completed, we or our service providers may:

• Retry the payment method.
• Request updated payment information.
• Delay or skip an order.
• Suspend the subscription.
• Cancel the subscription.

You remain responsible for charges properly authorized before cancellation.

Renewal Notices

We may send order, billing, renewal, or subscription-management notices by email, text message, account notification, or another method.

Any notice required by applicable law will be provided as required.

Failure to open or receive an optional reminder does not, by itself, cancel the subscription or invalidate a recurring charge that was otherwise properly authorized.

You are responsible for maintaining current contact and payment information.

Promotional Subscription Pricing

Promotional or introductory subscription pricing may apply only for a limited period, a limited number of orders, or while eligibility conditions are satisfied.

Unless otherwise stated, the subscription may renew at the regular price after the promotional period.

The applicable price will be disclosed before enrollment or as otherwise required by law.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation and returns are separate processes.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a return or refund request.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
